Ninghai Public Transportation Smart Management Research

China’s urban population increasing, while the car along with economic development, improvement of living standards and increasing urbanization same time, the traffic problems become more apparent. Due to the limited carrying capacity, such as roads, excessive number of cars, causing traffic jams; accident has become a serious problem of urban existence; urban pollution emissions resulting increase and so on. Under the influence of these problems hinder people’s safety, resulting in a serious waste of time and energy. In the international arena, the traffic problem has been widespread concern. Remain open roads and increase road network, while increasing the overpass construction and other transportation facilities, and on this basis, but also opened up the technical means, such as intelligent transportation and other fields, the application of substantial information on the Internet, and in the promotion of world building. Intelligent transportation field for future transport development indicates the target for people to bring convenient, scientific, standardized transport travel.In recent years, things appeared the mobile Internet, cloud computing and other new technologies, domestic and international cities in the intelligent transportation construction has developed rapidly, and gradually evolved into intelligent transportation system,, while the small city of Ninghai such as coastal areas, especially in the city district level in terms of public transport and cities facing the same or different problems, how to change through intelligent transportation systems and many other practical problems existing traffic, become a research focus of this article.In this paper, the traffic management perspective, based on actual, first at home and abroad based on the successful experience of urban intelligent transportation construction cases and domestic district level of the main issues facing the development of urban transportation wisdom of the analysis, discusses the Ninghai County Public transport management to achieve wisdom the necessity and feasibility; then Ninghai traffic based on current development and future development plan, a blueprint and top-level design Ninghai intelligent transportation system framework; finally how to implement intelligent transportation systems, and how to ensure the sustainable development of intelligent transportation systems, from planning and construction, improve the institutional mechanisms, capital protection, personnel training and technological innovation, which are targeted to give some solution ideas and suggestions, and hope to conduct a theoretical wisdom in this small city is the county transportation construction in China region exploration.
