Study related to work-family has draw attention of academia all the time. With the rising of positive psychology, the perspective of psychology has turned to be more positive rather than negative; as a sort of individual psychological resources, self-efficacy influences not only individual work involvement but also individual work-family enrichment; as a new hot spot in organizational behavior, work involvement can create resources and influence the relationship between job and family through increasing performance and self-efficacy.Based on the background, the study takes the double path model of work-family enrichment,the model of Resource-Gain-development and the dual-process model of positive and negative employee well-being for theoretical basis. The study took employees as subjects to study how self-efficacy and work involvement impacts on work-family enrichment.Moreover, the paper makes suggestion on how to improve work-family enrichment. After sending questionaires to them, 389 pieces of collecting are valid. The data processing carries on correlation analysis, regression analysis to survey the relationship between self-efficacy and work-family enrichment.The results are as follows:(1) The self-efficacy and work-family enrichment of Chinese employees are above the middle level;(2) Chinese employee's self-efficacy has significant differences in duty, income, work overtime, duty, years of working and company property; work involvement of employees have significant differences in education level, duty and years of working; there are significant differences between the employee's work-family enrichment in gender and years of working.(3) There was a positive pairwise correlation among self-efficacy, work involvement and work-family enrichment. Moreover, self-efficacy and work involvement have positive predictive effect to work-family enrichment;(4) The positive effect played a mediation role in the relationship of social support and work-family enrichment.
