Through research ERP project risk management of ShenChe company,summarize the risk management experience in view of the ERP project implement,it is benefit for enterprise to improve risk management levels when ERP implement,and better control the implement risk , it is also benefit for Shenche company to improve the success rate of ERP project implement.First of all, this paper introduces the overview of the ShenChe company,and detail introduced the ShenChe company ERP project, and combined with ShenChe company ERP project actual situation, establish the ERP project risk management organization, structure the ERP project risk management system; Second, ShenChe ERP project risk management can be divided into three phases which are the project preparation, project schedules, project launch ,identify the risk of each stage, through the scientific method to analyze and evaluate the risk of ERP, confirm the project risk level; Finally, synthesize ShenChe company ERP project risk identification and assessment results, formulate risk avoidance, risk mitigation,risk transfer, risk acceptance, contingency plans and other risk response strategies.
