Research On Optimization And Simulation Of Workshop Layout In H Company

In this paper,a company in Anhui motor manufacturing plant as the research object,summarizes the characteristics of the production workshop,according to the actual situation of motor production process and enterprises,optimize operation unit of the enterprise workshop layout problem.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and international workshop layout optimization of the relevant literature,the basic theory and method of workshop layout are analyzed.Then in the production system of H motor plant as the research object,the first half of the workshop production task according to the amount of data between the logistics workshop and each operation unit from the original data,the logistics system using F-D diagram to analyze the current workshop,by analyzing the main problems of the motor company to figure out existing production workshop in the workshop layout.Secondly,aiming at the main problems existing in the workshop.In this paper,the relevant theory of the workshop layout problem is analyzed in detail,and the layout and the design goal of the workshop are determined.Based on the actual situation of the motor production workshop,a multi-objective mathematical model is established,which is based on the actual situation of the motor production workshop.Aiming at the problem solving workshop layout model,this paper uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem,first introduced the basic principle,the algorithm flowchart and algorithm in solving the problem of the advantages of the workshop layout.Then,the satisfactory solution is obtained by substituting the relevant data of the motor production workshop as the initial optimization scheme of the workshop layout.Finally,in order to further study the problem of workshop layout optimization,but also to make up for the shortcomings of the algorithm,this paper established the simulation model of the motor plant based on the initial optimization scheme,re optimization of the original layout plan scheme and compared has obvious advantages,the results of this study to the manufacturing enterprise in the workshop layout has a certain reference.
