Research On Optimization And Simulation Of Tool Workshop Layout In LF Company

The layout design of the workshop can effectively reduce the logistics cost within the enterprise and optimize the structure of the production system.It is an important means to enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.This paper takes LF's tool processing workshop as the research object,and starts from the actual situation of the enterprise,and carries out layout optimization research on the tool workshop of the enterprise according to the target demand.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,it explains the background and importance of the research,next analyzes and summarizes the domestic and international literature on the layout of the workshop,and then presents the theory and method of workshop layout.Taking LF's tool processing workshop as the research object,carefully study the characteristics of the workshop and the main product production status and collect relevant data,use F-D diagram to analyze and find out the shortcomings of the workshop layout.The system layout design(SLP)method is used to analyze and solve the tool shop,and four preliminary optimization layout schemes are obtained.According to the characteristics of the workshop,starting from the actual situation.The two factors which are minimizing material handling total and maximizing the non-logistics relationship,are taken as the research objects.Constructing the mathematical model of the twoobjective optimization and using genetic algorithm to solve the workshop layout with approximate optimal solution.Program.Among them,part of the initial population adopts four layout schemes obtained by SLP,which improves the search efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm.The Flexsim simulation software is used to establish the simulation model for the shop layout before and after optimization.The parameters are set and run according to the basic data produced by the workshop.The simulation results verify the rationality of the optimized scheme.The research results of this paper can provide reference for enterprise floor planners and have certain practical value.
