With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry and the rapid changes in the field of workshop layout,more and more attention has been paid to the efficiency and efficiency of workshop logistics.The unreasonable layout of the workshop results in the confusion of the workshop logistics and the increase of the logistics cost.The efficiency of the workshop logistics determines the cost of an enterprise directly,thus affecting the economic efficiency of the enterprise.It is urgent and urgent for enterprises to improve the efficiency of the workshop and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprises by improving the layout of the workshop.Based on the analysis and arrangement of the relevant literature and data of the workshop layout,this paper investigates the present situation of the layout of the saw blade workshop of A company,and makes a precise statistic and analysis of the present situation.The conclusion is that the layout of the workshop is seriously unreasonable,which leads to the serious cross flow of the logistics in the workshop and the high cost of logistics.To solve the above fundamental problems,it is necessary to optimize the layout of the workshop.The workshop layout on the nature of the problem is a combinatorial optimization problem,this paper established the optimization model of Blade Workshop Layout Based on genetic algorithm,and is obtained by solving the model,reduce logistic cost and improve production efficiency for the layout of the new scheme.Firstly,through understanding the process of saw blade production and various production equipment,the production unit of workshop is divided,and the logistics volume and distance between operation units are calculated.Then,the objective function of minimizing the logistics of workshop is established,and then the workshop layout model based on heritage algorithm is established.Combined with the statistical data before,the model is solved by MATLAB platform,and the solution result is analyzed,and then the optimized layout of workshop layout is drawn.Finally,through the comparison with the quantity of logistics in the original workshop layout,the necessity and feasibility of the optimization result are proved.The enterprise’s workshop layout has a significant impact on the enterprise.This paper provides guidance for enterprise workshop layout optimization,and provides a useful way to reduce logistics costs and improve production efficiency.
