| Iron and steel industry is the basic industry of the national economy,plays an important role in ensuring the healthy development of our national economy.Frontline staff is the "cornerstone" of iron and steel enterprise, they struggle in theforefront of production, participate in each link in the production, such as iron making,steelmaking, steel rolling etc. Therefore, frontline staff is indispensable; theircomprehensive quality is closely related to safety production, quality of product andthe economic benefits of iron and steel enterprises. Research on matching of frontlinestaff and positions in Iron and steel enterprises is based on considering satisfactiondegree given by front line positions to employee competency and frontline staff topositions, then configure staff and positions rationally in order to achieve the largestbilateral satisfaction. It can help iron and steel enterprises recruit excellent frontlinestaff and ensure safety production smoothly, meet the needs and arouse theenthusiasm of frontline staff, and then create more value for the enterprise.This paper mainly discusses two problems, the two-dimension evaluation indexsystem of satisfaction degree of frontline staff and positions matching in Liaoningstate-owned iron and steel enterprises and the matching decision method, the mainresearch work is as follows:Firstly, on the basis of relevant theory and literature, by using sixLiaoning state-owned iron and steel enterprises as the research sample, this articlepreliminarily summarizes index, and then depends on the questionnaire survey usingexploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to build evaluation indexsystem of satisfaction degree given by frontline positions to staff. It providesconvenience for the matching decision and also has reference significance to thequality improvement of frontline staff in Liaoning state-owned iron and steelenterprises. Secondly, by referring to the relevant literature and combining the statusof Liaoning state-owned iron and steel enterprises, this article builds evaluation indexsystem of satisfaction degree given by frontline staff to positions in Liaoningstate-owned iron and steel enterprises, which provides a guide for enterprises tounderstand and meet the needs of frontline staff. Again, in order to achieve the largestmutual matches, this article presents a multi-objective decision analysis method byconstructing multi-objective optimization model for the frontline staff and positionsmatching in Liaoning state-owned iron and steel enterprises. At the same time, thismethod has reference value to other bilateral matching problems between differentmatching subjects. Finally, this article puts the evaluation index system of satisfactiondegree of frontline staff and positions matching in Liaoning state-owned iron and steelenterprises and the matching decision method into the case in order to prove thefeasibility and effectiveness of them. The author expects this article can provide the reference for rational configuration of frontline staff in Liaoning state-owned iron andsteel enterprises and other state-owned iron and steel enterprises. |
