The staffs sense of belonging refers to individual employees in the work for the organization has a high degree of trust and attachment,with a high degree of enthusiasm and spirits in the work,the interests of enterprises and their own interests together,and promote the development of enterprises,has a decisive influence on the enterprise talent advantage.Through the investigation and research of small and medium-sized private enterprises in central Zhejiang,the author found that the mobility of employees of small and medium-sized private enterprises are relatively strong,And the lack of a sense of belonging is an important factor in influencing the flow of workers.This paper studies the domestic and foreign scholars on migrant workers and a sense of belonging as the theoretical foundation,with several small and medium-sized private enterprises in central Zhejiang as the research object,through the questionnaire and in-depth interviews,to find out the influence factors of small and medium-sized private enterprises at the grassroots level of migrant workers sense of belonging,and conducts empirical analysis using SPSS 19.0 statistical software,author will affect the division of factors belonging to personal factors,organizational factors and job factors,individual factors including gender,age,period of work experience,education and other demographic variables;organizational factors include enterprise development prospects,the salary and welfare,organizational justice and development prospects;work factors including interpersonal relationship,leadership style,and work environment.Through qualitative and quantitative research,finally draws the following conclusion:The overall sense of belonging of small and medium-sized private enterprises migrant workers at the grass-roots level is not high,in individual factors,and tenure had remarkable influence on the sense of belonging,long hours of work of the old staff for enterprises belonging to the new staff shortly,Older compared to after "70","80" young "90" sense of belonging is stronger;Gender,educational background has no significant influence on the sense of belonging;and organizational factors,salary and welfare,working environment,interpersonal relationship is the most significant impact factors for the sense of belonging is called key factors,And prospects for development and leadership style affect employees sense of belonging is referred to as the general factors significantly;and the final inspection by regression analysis of the important degree between them are:salary and welfare,working environment,interpersonal the relationship between organizational justice and development prospects,development prospects,leadership style.According to the research conclusions,from the enterprise's own level,enterprises put forward to promote grassroots migrant workers in small and medium-sized private enterprises belonging sense of strategy on three aspects of employee level and individual employees.
