The Research Of Guangxi Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization Coordinated Development

With the rapid development of urbanization in our country,All kinds of "city disease",empty city,a ghost town,and brings such social problems as environment pollution,trafficcongestion,moreand more serious,We propose the " people-oriented" new urbanization in China.Guangxi,with big population and little land in the western region,it's necessary to achieve the coordinated between the development of population urbanization and the land urbanization.We should implement a new way of urbanization in China which is people-oriented and land conservation.Firstly,base on the summary of domestic and foreign research theories and methods,this paper summarizes the theory of coordinated development between population urbanization and land urbanization,and provides theoretical support for the coordinated development of them.Then calculate the coordination degree of population urbanization and land urbanization in 14 cities in Guangxi from 2005 to 2015.The results showes that the overall coordination level between population urbanization and land urbanization in Guangxi is low.The results showes that population urbanization lags behind the urbanization of land;and the gap between the 14 cities is large,the existence of "the South Higher than the North,the East Higher than the West".In the next place,The panel regression model is used to examine the factors that influence the coordinated development of urbanization and urbanization in Guangxi.The results show that the fiscal revenue,the level of economic development and the population density of the coordinated development has a positive effect,while the second industry proportion and the urban-rural income gap has a negative effect.Finally,the paper puts forward that the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Guangxi should strengthen industrial support and policy support.On the basis of existing literature,the main innovation of this paper is taking Guangxi as an example,from the population urbanization and land urbanization on the standpoint of the relationship between the coordinated development,and uses panel data model to analyze the influencing factors.
