Land Urbanization And Population Urbanization Coordinated Development Research Of Henan Province

Land urbanization and population urbanization is an important part of urbanization process. The essence of urbanization as well as the ultimate goal is to realize the urbanization of people. Therefore, the coordinated development of land urbanization and population urbanization is about core issues of the sustainable development of our country. Based on the land urbanization, population urbanization and the essence of the coordination, the paper analyzes the influence of land urbanization and population urbanization coordinate relationship between institutional factors, and builds a system of multivariate linear regression model to explore the influence of factors on the coordinated development of urbanization. Indeed, the paper builds the evaluation system of land urbanization and population urbanization, and taking He Nan province as an example, from two dimensions of time and space on the land- evaluates the coordination degree of population urbanization. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, land urbanization and population urbanization in He Nan province of the coordinated development policies and Suggestions are put forward by referencing from Europe and Asia, America and other developed countries and our country economy more developed regions the advanced experience of the coordinated development of urbanization.It shows that institutional factors of urbanization is the most obvious role in promoting through multiple linear regression model building and correction. In dual land system, household registration system, and by the fiscal and taxation system, employment system and derived from the social security system under the common action, transaction costs of population urbanization rises, and the urban construction expands blindly.Regulations can not only suppress can also promote the urbanization development speed. So we cannot blindly through system reform, and seek scientific system change, to extract the potential of the coordinated development of urbanizationThe paper builds the evaluation index system of land urbanization and population urbanization, the scope of the whole province area in He Nan province as evaluation objects, from two aspects of time and space to evaluate the coordination of land urbanization and population urbanization in He Nan province.Better overall development coordination degree of urbanization in He Nan province, land urbanization rate is faster than the population urbanization, coordination degree is higher basic distribution in Zheng Zhou city as the center of the more developed regions in economy, but, still, there are some area which develops uncoordinated.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, policies and Suggestions are put forward. To realize the real urbanization we should explore the reform of land system, implement the land price system, accelerate reform of the household registration system, eliminate the institutional obstacles, promote the migrant workers to citizens of policy support system, strictly control the scope of urban land, optimize construction land layout, actively develop the third industry, and promote the common development of the economy and urbanization.
