Study On Coordinate Development Between Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In Sichuan

Because of the rapid development of economy in recent years, China has to face with various problems, such as an ever-expanding urban land leads to shift rural population into cities, whether we could fulfill urbanization. To achieve the harmonious ordered development of the population and land urbanization, which is significant for China to drive modernization, as well as benefit to people and a society. Urbanization is the historical process of social development and human progress. In fact, the process is constantly shift rural population into cities and towns. Therefore, how to effectively impel the harmonious development between population and land urbanization have the crucial impact on solving the issue of China’s agriculture, balancing urban and rural development and constructing new countryside.This research analyzed the condition of population and land urbanization in Sichuan province that was based on coordination theory. According to that the researcher built a framework for theoretical analysis about evaluating harmonious development of population urbanization and land urbanization, explored the relationship between these two factors by setting up mathematical model. Meanwhile. The researcher found some influences with those two factors, and put forward some suggestions for this research. Furthermore, the conclusion of this research is, (1) Sichuan had a relatively great coordination during 2006 to 2013. (2) Some areas existed population and land urbanization uncoordinated situation in Sichuan. (3) The coordination degree of Sichuan is reducing the regional differences. (4) Household system, industry structure, finance policy etc. are the main factors with population and land urbanization.Therefore, this study made the following proposals, (1) Intensify household reform, which can solve rural population transfer urban residents issue. (2) Boost the dual system of land reform, to achieve land prices merger. (3) Macro-control the whole outlay of the economic development, scientific guide constriction. (4) Improving the economic opening level, and promoting harmonious development.
