At present, the rapid development of e-commerce of China, derived from a variety of development models. The development of rural e-commerce has greatly increased the disposable income of rural residents and raised the living standard of rural residents.Now China is in full swing into the well-off society, "the crucial period", the use of rural e-commerce to help precision poverty alleviation become the focus of poverty alleviation,some scholars have begun to focus on rural e-commerce precision poverty alleviation.This paper starts from the current situation of rural e - commerce research at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the four basic models of rural e - commerce development and the boosting effect of e - commerce on precision poverty alleviation. I believe that electricity providers need to do six poverty alleviation work, namely the establishment of rural e-commerce management agencies, the establishment of electricity business service system, the development of network cargo supply system, build logistics network, the establishment of personnel training system, the establishment of assessment system. This paper summarizes the three typical models of rural e-commerce precision poverty alleviation, namely, e-commerce company model, rural Taobao model, love supermarket model, analysis of the three models of common ground and the difference between the expectations of rural e-commerce precision poverty In the development process of some of the experience,combined with these experiences to make a reflection,which can be worthy of other regions learn and learn from.
