Analysis On The Development Level Of New Urbanization In Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt

Urbanization is an important driving force for the development and construction of our country.It is an important symbol to measure the economic development and people's living standard in the region.the 18th cpc national congress clearly stipulates the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.The new urbanization is the process of population,economy,land,society,environment and so on.The urbanization of population is the core,the economic development is the driving force,the land urbanization is the carrier,and the urbanization of public service is the guarantee.Based on the understanding of the new urbanization,this paper constructs an evaluation index system to measure the development level of the new urbanization under the guidance of the theory of structural transformation,sustainable development theory,population migration theory and TieBout theory.Then,using the time-course global principal component analysis,clustering analysis and ArcGis visualization analysis,the new urbanization development level of eight cities(states)in Hubei Yangtze River Economic Zone was evaluated and analyzed,from 2000 to 2014.The main contents of this includes the following sections:The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of studying the new urbanization of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt,and puts forward the research methods and technical routes of this paper on the basis of studying domestic and foreign literatures.The second chapter defines the related concepts of the new urbanization and the Yangtze River economic belt in Hubei Province,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly introduces the present situation of urbanization development of Hubei Yangtze River economic belt.The fourth chapter constructs the index system of evaluating the development level of the new urbanization in Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt.Chapter 5 uses the time series and all-round principle component analysis,cluster analysis and ArcGis visualization analysis evaluates and analyzes the new urbanization development level of Hubei Yangtze River Economic Zone from time and space.The sixth chapter draws the conclusion on the basis of the above analysis and makes a brief discussion,so as to guide the practice.The study shows that the development of the new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt in Hubei has the following temporal and spatial characteristics:?The development of new urbanization level of Hubei Yangtze River economic belt in the process of gradual evolution of the overall trend is showing an increasing trend.Among them,the development level of the new urbanization in 8 cities or municipalities is from Wuhan to Huangshi,Ezhou,Yichang,Huanggang,Xianning,Jingzhou and Enshi.?It is found that the new urbanization of the Yangtze River economic belt in Hubei shows the development of the new type of urbanization oriented by the population-economy and urbanization,which is dominated by the urbanization of the land,but also exists.Public service and social security in the new urbanization process is lagging behind the phenomenon.3From the point of view of space,the new urbanization level shows the unbalanced development pattern of Wuhan City as the center,from northwest to southeast,and there is a big difference in the development of new urbanization in the region.
