In answer to the Chinese government's call for supporting the economic and political development of Xinjiang, an increasing number of large central state-owned enterprises (SOE) have set up subsidiary companies in Xinjiang. Because of the special features of politics and geographical environment in Xinjiang, many companies are faced with various problems, such as the difficulty in recruitment, brain drain and the lack of work initiative among the staff.This paper analyzes the actual situation of Chu Ching Energy Company in Xinjiang by exploring the application of the incentive mechanism in practice, and finds out the problems in the incentive system of the current company and improves it. At the same time, using the questionnaire survey from the performance appraisal, incentive system,and staff development of these three aspects of the initial investigation and study, then use the incentive theory to analyze the company's incentive system to find the company's existing incentive mechanism problems; The current incentive mechanism of the company's existing problems, combined with the company's actual, in the company's incentive mechanism to optimize the design of the total ideas, respectively, to pay,performance, staff learning and growth and optimization of Xinjiang's thinking, and based on optimization ideas, Put forward specific incentive programs. The purpose of this paper is to solve the company's problems in the system, targeted to optimize the incentive system, to stimulate staff enthusiasm.
