Research On Knowledge Management In Cost Control Of Railway Construction Enterprises

The construction of railway engineering has become the focus and difficulty of the project management of railway construction enterprises in China because of the technology-intensive, extensive construction procedures, combined with large investment and long construction period, which leads to the high cost of construction. For a long time, the cost control for railway construction projects is also a hot topic in enterprise research, but there is often a situation in which the strategies and lessons learned in this railway project can not be effectively applied in another project. If these hidden knowledge can not be fully communicated, shared and innovated in the railway construction enterprises, the knowledge value is difficult to be effectively utilized. The rapid development of science and technology to promote the community continue to move forward to the knowledge economy, relative to the traditional railway construction projects, knowledge throughout the project construction shows an increasingly important impact, and even can be said that knowledge has become the key to the development of leading enterprises. And the application of knowledge management to the cost control of railway construction projects can effectively solve the problem of knowledge sharing and reuse, innovation and application. Therefore, the cost data and experience accumulated in the construction of railway projects and the excavation and management of their knowledge value can be strengthened, and the cost control ability of railway construction enterprises can be strengthened and the management level and competitiveness of enterprises can be improved.In view of this, based on the current situation of knowledge management in the cost control of railway construction enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the knowledge management of enterprise cost control, and then puts forward the specific optimization countermeasures. This paper argues that strengthening the enterprise information construction, establishing and cultivating the learning organization,promoting the knowledge transmission and innovation, perfecting the system guarantee of the knowledge management becomes the countermeasure to improve the knowledge management level of the railway construction enterprise in our country. It is hoped that the research will enrich the relevant research contents and promote the healthy development of railway construction enterprises.
