Study On Spatial Distribution And Spatial Correlation Of Rural Land Consolidation Project In Hubei Province

Land is the basic resource for human survival and development.With the development of economy and society,the land of this scarce resource is facing a grim reality.China's basic national conditions are:more people and less land,the overall quality of arable land needs to be improved,the relative lack of reserve resources.In the backdrop of the economic development into the new normal,the land consolidation project to maintain "18 million acres of red line" an important measure.As the land consolidation activities carried out step by step,the amount of investment and the number of projects in land consolidation projects in Hubei Province increased year by year.However,spatial analysis studies are almost blank.Based on the detailed list of land consolidation projects implemented in Hubei Province from 2002 to 2015,using GIS spatial autocorrelation method,the 1108 land consolidation projects have been implemented in spatial distribution are studied.This paper first defines the concept of spatial steering and spatial justice,equalization of public services and performance evaluation of land consolidation projects,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the macro background,the general characteristics and the spatial distribution of the land consolidation project in Hubei Province,and clarifies the distribution of land consolidation projects in Hubei Province at each angle level.Through the analysis of the current situation of the land consolidation project which has been implemented in Hubei Province,it can be seen that the distribution of land consolidation projects is not uniform.Thirdly,according to the ARCGIS,the spatial weight matrix is constructed,and the global spatial autocorrelation analysis and local spatial autocorrelation analysis are carried out on the land consolidation project of Hubei Province in 2002-2015.Whether it is a global spatial autocorrelation analysis or a local spatial autocorrelation analysis,it is shown that the spatial aggregation effect of the land consolidation project in Hubei province is obvious.Finally,according to the above analysis to sum up,the analysis concluded that the land consolidation project in Hubei Province in the spatial distribution is not uniform,which did not achieve spatial justice,then put forward related Suggestions.Through the research of this paper,the research on the distribution,especially the spatial distribution research of land consolidation project in Hubei province has been enriched and improved,which is helpful to the further development of the theory and practical application.
