With the development of rural economy in China,the problem of rural land circulation is getting more and more attention and attention from all walks of life.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Seventh CPC Central Committee,many new policies on the transfer of rural land have been introduced in succession.The concept of land transfer is effectively carried out,and the concept of "three-power split" has been put forward.China 's rural land transfer into a new stage.The large-scale circulation of agricultural land,the development of agricultural industrialization and the development of agricultural modernization have produced a lot of capital demand.The rapid development of agricultural land has put forward new requirements for supporting services of rural finance and provided new development of rural finance Precious opportunity.This paper first introduces the relevant background of financial support for agricultural land circulation,the research situation at home and abroad,and expounds the related concepts and theories.Based on the analysis of the present situation of financial support for agricultural land circulation in China,it is pointed out that there are some problems such as imperfect policy and legal system,lack of support channels,lack of products,irrational loan structure,lagging of agricultural insurance and difficulties in land value evaluation The Followed by the German agricultural land financial system as a case of analysis,from which some useful experience inspired.In order to analyze the problem more effectively,the field survey of Yuhu Lake in Xiangtan City is also carried out.From the aspects of regional overview,general situation of farmland circulation,farmland financial support,SWOT analysis of farmland financial support,This paper comprehensively studies the specific situation of financial support of farmland circulation in Yuhu District of Xiangtan City,and obtains some reference experience based on further investigation.Finally,combining with the actual situation of China's rural economic development and drawing on the relevant cases of agricultural land development at home and abroad,we try to construct the financial support of rural land transfer from four aspects: basic principle,organization constitution,product composition and supporting environment.system.This paper focuses on the historical changes and actual situation of China'sagricultural land circulation system,and emphasizes the economic structure of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and tries to meet the relevant characteristics of China's national conditions and has certain theories.And practical significance.At the same time,this article in the study of cross-concept understanding is also lacking,research is not enough depth,operability is not strong enough,this is the future direction of efforts.
