For a long time,the land play an important role in rural social security,also it is playing as a final employment and pension security in the hearts of farmers.In recent years,with the improvement of rural economy and living standard,the development of agricultural production and management mode and the development of rural land circulation market,the change of farmers’ production and life concept,leading to the physical social security function have gradually weakened.Therefore,to explore the reform of the implementation of land social security function,we need to carry out the corresponding reform of farmland property right system,through the reform of land property rights system to explore the role of land social security function to play a suitable way,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper is mainly based onthe theory of farmlandownership ratio ofmarket circulation and the double-security farmland circulation system and then put forward the monetization mechanism of land social security function.Secondly,it introduces the practice case of "land for security" model in Shanxi and Chengdu,and analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in the actual implementation of the model,andsummed up in the exploration of land social security function to achieve the form of possible reference experience.Finally,the paper expounds the scheme design of the monetization mechanism of land social security,and then uses the multiple and orderly Logistic regression model to analyze the mechanism of farmers’ participation in paying the land social security function monetization mechanism.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The reform of the land social security function is carried out simultaneously with the change of the rural land property right system.The suitable farmland property right system is beneficial to the land social security function to maximize the effect.The monetization mechanism of land social security function is not only an exploration and innovation of rural land property right system,but also an innovation of the form of land security function.It is in line with the interests of farmers’ land security function and also helps the construction of rural social security system.(2)From the characteristics of farmers and family economic characteristics,the farmers are 20-50 years old,the higher the education level and the higher the income level,the more willingness they will be involved in the double-security farmland circulation fund;The higher the awareness of farmers ’social security,the stronger the willingness of farmers to transfer their land and the higher proportion of farmers’ satisfaction with thefarmland ownership ratio ofmarketcirculation,the more willingness they will be involved in the double-security farmland circulation fund.(3)The proportion of willingness of farmers to pay for double-security farmland circulation fund is low,mainly because farmers worry about thefarmland ownership ratio ofmarket circulation system and whether the land social security monetization mechanism can be implemented for a long time and the land transfer income after losing the rural land.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the three-way deposit mechanism of double-security farmland circulation fund,and provide appropriate financial subsidy to farmers and improve the social security system of landless peasants,andestablishanincentive and security mechanismof farmers to pay the double-security farmland circulation fund.
