The implementation of knowledge management not only bring benefits to enterprise,but also establish and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Most companies are aware of the importance and also willing to spend a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources to implement knowledge management.However,the results often not meet the expectation and targets.The main reason is that the relationship between the Influencing factors.Therefore,if enterprises want to successfully implement knowledge management,they need understand the Influencing factors of enterprise knowledge management,the correlation between factors and the relative correlation coefficient.This is the key to implement knowledge management in enterprises.There are many researches on the influencing factors of the knowledge management benefit in academia.Based on the previous researches,this paper put forward 5 factors for the benefits of knowledge management,conducted the relevant questionnaire survey of these 5factors for 10 similar scale manufacturing enterprises,used regression analysis and DPS statistical software to calculate,validated the establishment of 5 factors by through empirical analysis,to verify the impacts and relationship between the Influencing factors.Through the analysis,there are 5 influencing factors of knowledge management,including:leadership force support factor,personnel factor,organization process factor,Infrastructure factor and corporate culture factor.These factors are highly correlated.Flex Company continually made improvement for the 5 factors during knowledge management implementing progress.From the analysis results,corporate culture is the mostly important factor influencing to effect knowledge management.Secondly is staff training,maintaining the appropriate mobility of personnel and establishing a good organizational process.Furthermore,the high level of enterprise leadership to support knowledge management is indispensable.By comparing the benefits before and after Flex knowledge management implementation,further verified the impacts of the above factors then provided an useful reference for the enterprises to implement knowledge management effectively.
