Study On Urban-Rural Integrationon The Basesof Industrial Supportin Guizhou Province

At initial stages for reform and opening-up,in order to get rid of poverty and achieve modernizationas soon as possible,the government has adopted the policy of "with industry as the dominant factor of the national economy".Inevitably,the development gap between urban and rural areas in our country has became more and more obvious,this has posed great challenges to social stability and economic sustainable development.Since the implementation of the strategy of urban and rural development,the integration of urban and rural development of our country has made significant progress,however,in Guizhou,because of the low starting point,the urbanization development level in Guizhou more lower than the average level of our country.In this paper,how to speed up the process of integration of urban and rural construction in Guizhou,we set the main arrangement as follows: The first part is the introduction of the whole paper,which puts forward the research background,main ideas and research significance,as well as the research focus and innovate points,the status of domestic and foreign research overview.In the second part,it points out the necessity and inevitability of the interaction between urban and rural integration and the evolution of the three industrial structure,thenwe analyzes the interaction mechanism between the two areas.The third part of the integration of urban and rural areas in Guizhou province from the positive and negative evaluation aspects,the evaluation is mainly based on the key elements of the integration of urban and rural areas,mainly in city development,urban and rural residents' income and the status of the development of urban and rural industry.In the fourth part,we mainly use the method of principal component analysis,construction of urban and rural comprehensive correlation evaluation system,empirical analysis of correlation between the development of urban and rural development in Guizhou Province,and the main factors affecting urban and Rural Development Association selected.The fifth part begins with the historical statistical data as the foundation,introduced the current development situation of Guizhou urban and rural industry,and then to the three industry and the integration of urban and rural areas were analyzed by using cointegration analysis method,the general relation between the industrial structure and the integration of urban and rural development in Guizhou.The sixth part,the industry and some for-profit services to refine the classification of Guizhou,from the comprehensive development advantage and ability to absorb employment advantage considering two aspects,we proposed to promote the integration of urban and rural development in Guizhou leading-industry selection.In the seventh part,according to the above analysis results,we provide a scientific and effective suggestions for the integration of urban and rural development with the industry support.
