The Research Of Construct The Logistics Integration In Urban And Rural Areas Of Guizhou Province

The construction"logistics integrated in rural and urban areas"("This system"will be used in the following contents) of Guizhou Province plays a great role for several aspects. Firstly, it can resolve the problems about agriculture, countryside and peasants. Next, it may balance the developments of city, town and countryside markets. At last, it will improve the peasants'level of producing and living. At present, one important mission is to do some preparing works. First of all, one core issue is to handle the relationships among each party, on the other words, the financial relationships.This paper begins with the investigation of current infrastructure of integration logistics inrural and urban, the operators, and running modes, so as to find problems on logistics services in rural and urban areas,and to propose measures in building the logistics integration of urban and rural areas of Guizhou Province. Based on the theory and practice, this paper gives some relevant tactics and advices to construct the system, which is helpful for the harmonized developments between city and suburb in Guizhou Province. In addition, the paper takes Guizhou Daily of Guizhou Province as an example and analysis the network of logistics in urban and rural areas, and its operational advantages and mode of operationAt last, prospect on the future of logistics integration in urban and rural areas of Guizhou Province.The following six parts will be discussed.The first part has several aspects, including topic background, study purpose, relevant papers, research perspectives and methods and new ideas. both the system of logistics between city and suburb and the methods of product flows have been one barrier to the development of countryside.Necessity of construction of integrated logistics in rural and urban areas will be discussed in part two. According to the current situation of our national economic growth, integration is an important way to promote the urban and rural development, urban and rural areas have converged to the trend of integration, while addressing rural poverty in Guizhou Province requires integration. Currently, in the process of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, logistics plays a more prominent role, i.e. logistics'development in rural and urban is a prerequisite for economic development. Logistics is as well a driving force in economic development of urban and rural areas of Guizhou Province.On the contrary,if there are barriers in logistics between urban and rural areas, the development of integrated urban and rural areas would be restricted. It is because of urban and rural logistics'obstacles that the city's support in rural areas is difficult to achieve;and it can worsen the development of rural areas. As a link between city and suburb, the system of logistics is a basis to support the harmonized growth of these two parties. Therefore, it is one urgent mission in our country, especially in Guizhou Province, to construct one complete system of logistics that can communicate city, town and countryside. Therefore, to build an integrated logistics in urban and rural areas in Guizhou is proposed in order to find solutions to the problem of poverty in Guizhou Province.The third part introduces the survey of logistics lntegration of urban and rural areas of Guizhou Province. Impact of Logistics'infrastructure network on rural and urban logistics integration is that the logistics'infrastructure still can not meet the development of of urban and rural integration, which embodies in such aspects as backward infrastructure, slow development of comprehensive cargo hub and logistics centers.In account of this, Logistics infrastructure, transportation hub and goods distribution center in particular should be strengthened, which can provide basis for the development of urban and rural logistics.Next, basic conditions of logistics service in rural and urban and the operating mode is investigated and evaluated.It is proved that for the urban and rural logistics enterprises, these models refer to many aspects of operations and management. Through grasp and use of various governmental programs and policies, and combining with their characteristics, market-oriented operation is adopted.The fourth part is a discussion on various issues of Guizhou Province in providing integrated logistics services of urban and rural areas, including: agricultural logistics is low in price, the lack of scale of operation efficiency, separation between urban and rural logistics, means of logistics problems on subsistence of farmers and the lack of effective logistics support for urban and rural areas, such as policy, finance, urban and rural two-way economic relations and so on.The fifth part, it proposes measures on how to build logistics integration in rural and urban areas: Building a kind of operation mechanism that is guranteed by policy and financial support of government, complete integration of urban and rural logistics to construct the improvement relies on urbanization, local, state, city Building Service "Agriculture" integrated logistics center, relying on the service "Agriculture" and leading enterprises, the means of production and logistics services for professional, relying on the development of modern logistics industry, logistics in urban and rural blind build third-party logistics service system, the use of existing large industrial and commercial logistics center or distribution center, service "three rural", and relying on large-scale retail enterprises, to provide means of subsistence for rural logistics services to improve the convenience of urban and rural logistics integration model.
