The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Areas Of Guizhou Province From Synchronization Well-off Perspective

Building a comprehensive well-off society by 2020 is a grand goal put forward by party and the country at the 18 th CPC National Congress. It is also the fundamental interests of all the Chinese people. Guizhou can realize this goal or not,that directly related to whether the country can achieve comprehensive well-offs by2020. As a less development province with conspicuous poverty problem, it is a huge task to build a moderately prosperous society for Guizhou. The income level of urban and rural residents plays an important role in realizing overall well-offs goal. Guizhou urban residents have low income, rural income level is lower, and the income gap is large. How to promote the common development urban and rural areas to improve the income level of urban and rural residents, especially how to improve the income level of rural residents rapidly to narrow the income gap, are the significant problems for Guizhou.For this reason, this paper research the current situation of urban-rural income gap in Guizhou Province from the perspective of synchronization well-off. And it analyzed the deep-seated causes of Guizhou urban-rural income gap in-depth from the perspective of sources of income structure. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward on this basis.The results show that the economic and social of Guizhou developed sustainably since 1990. Urban and rural incomes grew rapidly and living standards rising.However, there are still a huge gap between the income gap of urban-rural of Guizhou Province and sync well-off standard, the country and other provinces, the income gap between urban and rural is still large and income of ruralresidents still rise difficult.The main innovation of this paper is re-examine the size of the income gap between urban and rural areas in Guizhou by comparing vertical and horizontal comparison from the perspective of a well-off synchronized.Results show that. This paper analyzed the causes of the income gap between urban and rural residents by using the income gap between the coefficients and the relative contribution of other indicators from the perspective of the structure of income sources.The results showed that the income gap of wage, transfer and property on overall income gap was a positive contribution, while operating income gap on overall income gap was negative contribution. Finally, the thesis proposed a series of countermeasures to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in Guizhou to implement to synchronize well-off depending on the sources of income effect on the overall income gap.
