Study On The Optimization Of Xinjiang Herdsmen Settlement Based On Modes Of Production And Lifestyle

Since 1980s,the large-scale implementation of herdsmen settlement project in Xinjiang has been carried out and has made some achievements.However,due to the constraint of natural environment,economic development and human environment factors,there are still some problems with the settlement project,such as unreasonable space construction,slow development of supporting industries,and the herdsmen's lack of the sense of belonging.In a word,the overall construction level is low.Therefore,carrying out multi-angle research on the herdsmen settlement is of great theoretical and practical value to improve pastoral living environment,enhance the quality of herdsmen's production life and realize the rapid and sustainable development of pastoral economy and society.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relevant research at home and abroad to grasp the experience and shortcomings,and summarize the revelation.On this basis,the construction of Xinjiang herdsmen settlement is further combined,and systematic study is made on the nomadic traditional production lifestyle,settlement construction process and current situation;Secondly,through questionnaire survey,field trips and interviews,this paper takes three large herdsmen settlement practical projects in Xinjiang Burqin County as the research sample,and makes an in-depth exploration on the present situation,characteristics and existing problems of herdsmen's production life.Thirdly,guided by the herdsmen settlement optimization factors to grasp the herdsmen demands,this paper puts forward three major herdsmen settlements optimization measures from the point of view of layout planning,industrial development and management model.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted security measures from the aspects of policy,employment,industry and planning to provide theoretical guidance and construction demonstration for the construction of Xinjiang herdsmen settlement.
