Rural credit cooperative association is a local financial monetary institution.As a main force of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and supporting the new rural construction,it plays an active role in supporting new rural construction and promoting the development of local economy.Rural credit cooperative association,which carries out its credit business by taking a marketing strategy,well practices its purposes of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and promoting the development of county economy.As for rural credit cooperation association,human resource is the foundation of its core competitiveness.As the direct creators of enterprise value,marketing staff are the core elements of human resources management in joint-stock commercial bank.Therefore,studying the rural credit cooperative association marketing staff motivation is of important theoretical value and practical significance.At present,there commonly exist such problems as insufficient marketing personnel incentives and single incentive method in China's rural credit cooperative association.This paper mainly concerns how to promote the marketing personnel's human resource management work,especially the innovation of the incentive mechanism.The first chapter,the introduction part introduces the research background,purpose,significance of this paper,reviews the related literature at home and abroad,and describes the dissertation research methods,framework and the main innovation points.The second chapter introduces the rural credit cooperative association,marketing personnel,three basic concepts and common incentive motivation theory,and expounds the connotation of incentive mechanism and incentive mechanism design principle,which does a solid theory foreshadowing for follow-up study.The third chapter introduces the rural credit cooperative association and the association marketing personnel basic situation in County A,and investigates and analyses the association marketers' demand for incentives and satisfaction of existing incentives.The fourth chapter expounds rural credit cooperative association problems existing in the marketing personnel incentive mechanism in County A from the distribution of salary,post setting,positive and negative aspects such as motivation,staff development and makes a deep exploration of the reasons for the marketing personnel incentive distortion.The fifth chapter,based on the analysis mentioned above,puts forward the basic principles of establishing an effective incentive mechanism,and from the salary,welfare,intrinsic motivation mechanism three aspects proposes the incentive mechanism optimization design.This paper,aimed at researching and exploring the incentive problems of rural credit cooperative association marketing staff,provides decision-making reference for perfecting our country rural credit cooperative association marketing personnel incentive mechanism and comes up with new ideas for the research on human resources management system.
