In 2015,countries affected by the impact of the macroeconomic environment,the overall operation of the pharmaceutical distribution industry is slow in the stabilization of the situation,the sales and profit growth continued to slow down.The transformation of innovation,industry has entered the stage of a comprehensive upgrade,the new normal running track industry highlights the application of modern pharmaceutical logistics development and "Internet plus" mode,continue to drive the innovation and optimization of industry business model,service model.With the deepening of health care reform,the development of large health industry,will continue to release market capacity.Whether large or small and micro enterprises,how to seize the market opportunities,focus on the advantages of resources to improve the network layout,building close to the demand for medical care and personalized service facilitation of new business combination,strengthen internal management to improve service value,safe and efficient drug supply chain management,to achieve the transformation and upgrading will become the new norm.As a traditional medicine industry of S pharmaceutical company has a huge market opportunity for S pharmaceutical company how to based on the "Internet plus"marketing channel,the upper hand in the fierce competition in the market,so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,the creation of enterprise growth mode,but also has important practical significance and the theoretical significance for the development of other pharmaceutical enterprises.In this study,discussion and analysis of the current development of the Internet marketing channel construction situation based on the theory of enterprise strategic management and marketing management,through the analysis of the macro environment of S companies and Internet based industry development environment,discusses the construction of marketing channels,the development of clear objectives,the integration of the Internet resources,strategic development path selection,using the SWOT analysis model to determine the marketing positioning,based on the "Internet plus" marketing channel improvement,established channel strategy and safeguard measures suitable for the current situation of the construction.Through the study of the whole thesis,we believe that the future of S company's main marketing strategy should choose "based on" Internet plus "differentiated marketing"model.S company mainly marketing strategies in the future is different marketing based on existing products,suitable for the development of different age and different physical products,and through modern technology to improve the use of traditional Chinese medicine,so that more people can be more convenient to use.To carry out different marketing at the same time,based on the "Internet plus",solve the Chinese herbal medicine in the sales process of the existence of the "information asymmetry"problem,product marketing customer oriented,and make full use of the Internet means,carry out medical e-commerce,relying on the Internet to build a comprehensive set of new marketing channels.And through the strengthening of the terminal channel construction,improve channel incentives,strengthen the construction of the Internet channel to achieve the S company's marketing channel construction and maintenance.
