With the gradual improvement of living standards of community,the people's investment in health care is also a corresponding increase in the pharmaceutical industry has become an important force in national economic growth.How to grasp the development of the golden age has also become a difficult problem for pharmaceutical companies,in addition to the development of their own scientific research and technical level,the marketing channel as the core competitiveness of enterprise market research,and more and more attention by enterprises.Therefore,both from the long-term development of China's pharmaceutical companies,or from the short-term competition in foreign pharmaceutical companies,it is necessary for China's drug marketing channels for detailed and in-depth study.This paper first briefly reviews the literature on marketing channel theory,marketing channel system and marketing channel management theory.Based on these theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of the channel structure of the company and the external business environment of the industry,and points out that Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical Company has adopted a variety of channels to sell together.All the products exist in the company.,The lack of professional management and scientific,sales staff performance incentives single,high market risk,poor promotion of new products and many other issues.Then,on the basis of determining the goal and principle of channel improvement,the marketing channel of Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical Company was redesigned,and the overall framework of Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical channel strategy was put forward.Advocated by the marketing department by the provincial sales or regional composition,responsible for the company's eight categories of product sales;and sales of large,low profit mature varieties sold by the distributor on behalf of.Each province set up a distributor,directly managed by the sales department.Finally,the article developed a new channel for the implementation of Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical Company steps and the implementation of the safeguards,and the implementation of the other side of the pharmaceutical channels for the implementation of the prospect.This research has provided strong support and guidance for Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical Company's marketing channel construction.In addition,this article is the other side of the pharmaceutical company's channel research,but the relevant domestic medical industry also has reference and reference significance.
