Research On The Relationship Between The Position Of Enterprise Patent Cooperation Network And Financial Performance

Since the beginning of the new normal economic development,countries have made strategic arrangements for the development of innovation driven,and clearly will enterprises,research institutes,social organizations as the main innovation,the establishment of innovation network,the construction of national innovation system.As the patent technology innovation inenterprises to institutional arrangements,through the application of patent protection is an important means of innovation the protection of enterprises.For the patent cooperation is an important way by enterprises and research partners jointly apply for a patent protection,is an important e-mbodiment of enterprise external cooperation innovation.Existing research,the number of Patent Cooperation application simply as enterprise external cooperation results,only to study the impact of the performance of enterprise innovation,and ignore the important role of pat ent cooperation for enterprise performance improvement.This paper analysis theory in the interpretation of the status quo of China's patent cooperation based on social networks On the basis of further discusses the impact of enterprises occupy the advantage in the patent cooperation ne-twork location for the financial performance of enterprises,has enriched the theories of techno logy innovation,while supporting the national advocate the significance of establishing innova tion network.Open patent data by the State Intellectual Property Office of the public,this paper on China's listed companies in the patent cooperation in the network were analyzed by UCINE T software,and then analyzes the positive significance as an explanatory variable network loca-tion for enterprise financial performance improvement.Through the analysis of regression mo-del,the enterprises occupy the patent cooperation network location on the financial performan-ce of enterprises(enterprises operating income,operating profit)has a significantly positive im-pact.To further verify the correctness of the theoretical assumptions.
