| With the rapid development of global technology and economy,the market competition has gradually shifted to the competition mode of standardization ability based on technology.With the characteristics of network externality,locking effect and economies of scale,technical standards have become an important strategic tool for countries,industries and enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and excess profits.Patents are the most direct means to carry out innovation activities to obtain economic benefits and market recognition.When product complexity and technology integration continue to improve,making a single enterprise rely solely on their own strength is not enough to achieve the reconstruction of standards and technology innovation.Therefore,enterprises have sprung up to gather industrial resource advantages in the form of alliances,and spontaneously form standard cooperation network and patent cooperation network to improve standardization ability and technology integration ability.Standards provide normative guarantee in patent entity;patents shorten the standard-setting life cycle by promoting technological knowledge updating.The collaboration of standards and patents breaks through their inherent value in the traditional sense and rises to the strategic leading position of enterprise innovation and development,which is essential to solve the problem of resource diversification and accelerate the promotion of innovation achievements.There are a large number of overlapping partners in the process of standard cooperation and patent cooperation in the same enterprise.From a management point of view,overlapping partnerships in the network shorten the organizational design and strategic differences caused by cultural distance,which makes us have to think about whether this trend has a cross-impact on different innovation results and whether it affects enterprise innovation performance.Faced with this special connection,it is difficult to fully explain the impact of collaborative interaction between standards and patents on enterprise innovation performance based on a single cooperation network.Based on this,this paper starts from the perspective of "relationship" and "location",on the basis of literature review and theoretical research,puts forward the theoretical assumptions between the three and constructs a theoretical model,and clarifies the relationship between network indicators through social network analysis.Secondly,this paper adopts the mixed regression model to explore the influence mechanism between standard cooperation,patent cooperation and enterprise innovation performance under the mediation of dual network collaboration by using stata15 software.This paper takes overlapping partners as the measure of dual network collaboration,connects standard cooperation network and patent cooperation network,and analyzes the impact of dual network collaboration on enterprise innovation performance.According to the cooperation standards and the number of cooperative patents of the sample enterprises,the enterprises are divided into "high standard cooperation and high patent cooperation mode","high standard cooperation and low patent cooperation mode" and "low standard cooperation and high patent cooperation mode".From the four dimensions of technology,environment,platform and policy,this paper deeply analyzes the influence path of enterprises on standard and patent cooperation under different modes,and further enriches the conclusion of the article.The empirical results show that:(1)there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between clustering coefficient on standard cooperation network and enterprise innovation performance;while there is no obvious inverted U-shaped relationship between clustering coefficient on patent cooperation network and enterprise innovation performance.(2)Both standard cooperation network and patent cooperation network structural holes have a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,what’s more,the impact of standard cooperation network structure holes are higher than patent cooperation network.(3)The collaboration between standards and patents plays a partial intermediary role in the influence between standard cooperation network clustering coefficient and structure hole and enterprise innovation performance.As well as,the collaboration between standard and patent has a partial intermediary role between patent cooperation network structure holes and enterprise innovation performance.(4)Under the model of "high-standard cooperation and high-patent cooperation" enterprises tend to cooperate with "strong and strong" and the construction of technology and open platforms has the strongest stimulating effect on enterprise R&D innovation.Under the mode of "high-standard cooperation and low-patent cooperation",government policy support and market play an important role in mediating the strong and weak relationship."Low-standard cooperation and high-patent cooperation" mode focuses on technology development market and platform construction.Based on the above research,this paper builds a research framework of standards,patent joint and enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of network embedding,provides countermeasures and suggestions for the coordination of diversified innovation activities and partner selection of enterprises,and actively promotes the integration of innovation capabilities such as standards and patents,and enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises. |
