Research On The Characteristics Of Industry-university-research Patent Cooperation In Jilin Province

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that a technological innovation system should be established with enterprises as the main body,the market as the orientation and the deep integration of industry,education and research.But at present,there are some problems in jilin province,such as low scientific research level of universities and scattered technology research,the index of scientific and technological innovation of enterprises ranking in the middle and lower reaches of the country,and the incompact combination between scientific research institutes and industry.Therefore,using patent information to analyze the cooperation between industry,university and research institute in jilin province is of positive significance for the government of jilin province and relevant departments to grasp the key issues and improve policies.Based on the invention patent data of jilin province from 1985 to 2017,this paper USES the patent measurement method and social network analysis method to study the distribution characteristics of industry-university-research patents,the characteristics of patent applicant cooperation network and the characteristics of patent technology cooperation network in jilin province,so as to reveal the current situation of patent cooperation in jilin province.When analyzing the distribution characteristics of industry-university-research patents,the paper firstly analyzes the time characteristics of the number of industry-university-research patents and the cooperation rate.Then the distribution characteristics of industry-university-research patents in jilin province are statistically analyzed from the perspectives of region,subject and technology.When analyzing the characteristics of the patent applicant cooperation network,firstly,the cohesion index of the patent applicant cooperation network is analyzed.Then the important nodes in the cooperative network are identified through the comprehensive analysis of node centrality and core index.Then through the method of faction analysis and block model analysis we find the small group in the patent applicant network.Finally,the paper analyzes the cohesive force,the important nodes and the evolution of the small group of the patent applicant cooperation network.When analyzing the characteristics of the cooperative network in the field of patent technology,firstly,the cohesion index of the cooperative network in the field of technology is analyzed.Then the basic technology field of jilin province is identified by using the centrality index.Then the core technology fields are identified by using the core index.Finally,the evolution of the above features is analyzed.
