In the "Internet" and "Internet plus" background,B2 C business website operation fast,just unfolding.However,as a post B2 C business model of the music network electricity supplier integrated platform,but still failed to make breakthrough progress.Now the situation is: one is the "Internet" prospects,online shopping and online shopping user transactions per year in recent years are increasing in a large scale,the Internet makes the trading of goods and services with the change and turn the world upside down;and to ULE for trading platform in the postal business transaction revenue market share accounted for small,and small business is not strong.This article from the view of strategic development,competition development strategy and its implementation are put forward a series of security measures,and then to the postal enterprise operating electronic retailing platform provides the strategic theory of reference.In terms of research,first of all,it provides a case supplement for the business model of B2 C e-commerce.Second,it has certain reference value to the shopping website,especially the joint venture trading platform.This paper analyzes the external environment and status quo in ULE.First of all,in the external analysis,the external political,economic,social and technology environment by using PEST analysis,Five model at the same time to mail company competition condition were compared with major competitors,with the help of EFE matrix to find the opportunities and threats of external environment and mail company external environment is more opportunities than challenges.Second,in the analysis on internal conditions,establish the mail company value chain model,to a detailed analysis of its main value activities and support activities,summarize the mail company core competitiveness,the IFE matrix to distinguish internal advantages and disadvantages,mail company internal environment is disadvantages than advantages.Again,in the aspect of internal and external combined,integrated use of the SWOT model of combination of inside and outside,clear mail company competition strategy orientation and target,which based on the scale expansion of differentiation competitive strategy,positioning the four goods as the business support.In addition,to ensure the effectiveness of the strategy,we also proposed the implementation of the strategic guarantee system from the four aspects of governance structure,logistics distribution,investment promotion mechanism and service.Through analysis,the main conclusion of this paper is: One,the external environment of ULE is an opportunity greater than the challenge t;The internal environment of ULE is inferior to the superiority outstanding;Third,we should build a differentiated strategy based on scale development;Fourth,we need to locate the four major commodity support differentials competition.Fifth,the implementation strategy guarantee system should be established in four aspects to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
