In recent years,great changes have taken place in the oil industry,oil prices falling,oil profits fell sharply,the market is not prosperous as before,with the accompanying is the global economic recession and slow recovery.Oil as the main energy of supporting national economic development,the industry's outlook has an inseparable relationship with the development of the global eco-nomy.At present,our country has become one of the world's leading oil prod-ucer and the world's second oil importer,repeatedly hit a high oil production scale and demand scale,but also facing the great challenge of the global oil m-arket changes.Domestic oil companies to survive in the cold,will have to be to make an objective and reasonable evaluation of the own development competitiveness,and proposes the corresponding competitive strategy accordingly.Based on domestic Y oil companies as the research object,using the class-ic corporate strategic environment analysis model:a PEST model,porter five model and SWOT mode-1,in the way of qualitative analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise,and selecting reasonable indicators,using the factor analysis method to establish appropriate evaluation model,through compared with other typical international and domestic petroleum enterprise competitiveness,in a quantitative way to evaluate the competitiveness of the enterprise,the result shows that the Y oil companies in the competitive level with typical domestic and foreign oil companies and larger gap.According to the above Y oil enterprise competitiveness,respectively from the technical innovation,operation,marketing,resources,and sustainable development of strategic management five aspects put forward competitiveness promotion strategy.To ensure the smooth implementation of the enterprise competitiveness promotion work,finally gives the Y oil enterprises promotion strategy safeguards.
