With the development of modem society and constant extension of lifespan,more and more countries are faced with problem of population aging,with no exception for China.By the end of 2016 in China,population over the age of 60 accounted for 16.70%of total population and population over the age of 65 accounted for 10.80%of total population,increasingly severe aging situation has brought many relevant problems,for example,pension insurance fund shortage has become more and more obvious,with increasingly unreasonable structure of labor force etc.Given population aging,the retirement system is not applicable to development of modern society in China,in the circumstance,the policy on retirement age postponement under consideration is not only to enable people to give full play to their potential to a greater extent but also mitigate pension insurance fund shortage and increase labor force to a certain degree.Decision on Several Issues to Deepen the Reform in an All-round Way made in Third Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee in Nov.2013officially put forward "Study on and Formulation of Policy on Progressive Retirement Age Postponement",Suggestion on Preparation of 13th Five-Year Plan on National Economy and Social Development by CPC Central Committee Presented "Introduction of Policy on Progressive Retirement Age Postponement" in Nov.2015,making "Retirement Postponement" become focus of attention by people again.It is advisable that reform of policy and system should take people's comments into consideration on the premise of compliance with national interest;otherwise,it is more likely that the policy will meet with interference or communal violence in implementation.Employees of enterprises in towns and cities are a large group of objects,at which the policy on retirement age postponement is to aim,their comments on retirement age postponement shall be immediately related to formulation and implementation of the policy.The paper takes employees of enterprises in town and city in Xianyang as example to make a study of influencing factors and their influence intensities on comments about retirement postponement by enterprise employees and encourage government to take people's comments into full consideration and formulate policy on retirement postponement in a scientific way and make people support and understand the policy in implementation in near future.The paper presents analysis and summary of influencing factors on comments about retirement postponement by enterprise employees and preparation and distribution and collection of questionnaires based on integration of theoretical study with empirical investigation as well as life cycle theory,manpower capital theory,elderly role theory,rational behavior theory,expectation theory and reference to relevant theories and documents both here and abroad and analyzes the influence of relevant factors including personal details,family background and work condition on comments about retirement postponement by enterprise employees and their relation based on collected data and then makes several suggestions on implementation of policy on retirement postponement according to analysis of response to questionnaire this time and serves as a reference for government to make policy on retirement postponement to ensure smooth implementation of policy on retirement postponement.
