Since China entered the aging society for the first time in 2000,China's population has been ageing,the demographic dividend is gradually declining,and the pressure on pension payments has increased.The current retirement policy is facing severe tests.In recent years,the government and academia have actively explored delayed retirement policies and continuously promoted the introduction of delayed retirement programs,but the public's doubts about delayed retirement have always existed.Under the above background,this article uses the 2015 China Health and Pension Tracking Survey data,based on life-cycle savings hypothesis,human capital theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,and researches on employees over 40 years of age.Through descriptive statistical analysis,Binary logistic regression analysis,to understand the delayed retirement willingness of employees in old enterprises and analyze the impact of personal factors,economic factors,work factors,and institutional factors on the delayed retirement willingness of employees in old enterprises.The study found that the willingness of employees in elderly enterprises to postpone retirement is generally stronger,and the willingness of female employees to postpone retirement is higher than that of men.Among the influencing factors,education level,annual salary,annual household consumption,and working level negatively affect the willingness of elderly employees to delay retirement,age positively affects the willingness of elderly employees to delay retirement,private enterprises and employees who have not participated in enterprise pension insurance.It is more inclined to delay retirement,which shows that the elderly workers with lower human capital are more willing to delay retirement.According to the research conclusions,this article proposes policy recommendations from the following three aspects: First,the delayed retirementpolicy should follow the principle of adapting to the time,the principle of gradualness,the principle of differentiation,the principle of voluntariness and incentives,and the second is to formulate flexible retirement intervals and establish rewards and punishments.The method of the mechanism encourages the delayed retirement of the workers.The third is to establish a complete set of supporting measures for the delayed retirement policy,so that the workers have a sense of gain,happiness,and security in the delayed retirement policy.
