Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in economic growth and social progress.With the improvement of people's daily living standard and the progress of medical science and technology,the average life expectancy of people is also increasing,which leads to the deepening of the aging of the population in China.At the same time,because our country implements the family planning policy for many years,also intensified the population aging tendency.In the face of these serious practical problems,the deficiencies of retirement system and policy are exposed obviously.Since the third plenary session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the policy of gradual delay in retirement,the withdrawal has been delayed.Hugh became one of the hot topics discussed by experts and the whole society.Anhui province is an important province with a higher degree of population aging than the national average.It is of great practical significance to study the enterprise employees' willingness to delay retirement to solve the current retirement problem and to formulate the national retirement policy.Based on the willingness of enterprise workers to delay retirement,this paper tries to understand the true attitude of enterprise workers to delay retirement in Anhui province,and combine with field research and questionnaire survey.With the help of the binary linear regression method,this paper establishes a model of the influencing factors of the enterprise employees' willingness to delay retirement,probes into the main influencing factors of the enterprise employees' willingness to delay retirement,and puts forward some scientific and effective policy suggestions.First,the paper introduces the background and significance of the topic in detail,analyzes the domestic and foreign practice of delayed retirement of enterprise staff and workers,the present situation of academic development,and the innovation and deficiency of this paper by reading the literature.Second,the article defines the relevant concepts involved in the study,and the research is supported by relevant theories,including life cycle theory,human capital theory,demand hierarchy theory and path dependence theory.Thirdly,through field investigation and questionnaire survey,this paper focuses on the historical development process of the retirement age policy of enterprise workers in Anhui province and the basic situation of concrete practice.Fourth,using SPSS and other statistical software to analyze the data obtained by the questionnaire,and to analyze the variables characteristics of the respondents,and thenbased on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis.To test the main variables and dependent variables by constructing a binary logistic regression model.The possible correlation between them and the empirical results are explained in detail to explore the key factors that affect the employees' willingness to delay retirement.Fifthly,based on the empirical results and research conclusions,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the acceptance of delayed retirement and the smooth implementation of the national delayed retirement policy in Anhui province.
