Research On Rural Public Service Supply Evaluation Based On Farmer Satisfaction

Th "Three rural" problem is the current hot issue,its solution or not have a direct impact on China's economic development,increase investment in rural public services will undoubtedly solve the "three rural" issue plays a vital role.At present,China's rural public service investment shows low efficiency,small-scale characteristics,which will undoubtedly hinder the development of rural economy,and even the overall economic level of the country caused obstacles.At present,China's rural public service management thinking is seriously lagging behind,lack of timeliness,not yet perfect the establishment of scientific and complete rural public service performance evaluation system and supervision system,which indirectly or directly cause the level of rural public service supply inefficient.I believe that the evaluation of rural public service efficiency can not be isolated from the country to supply the number of public services to evaluate,because it can not fundamentally solve the problem of rural public service supply and inefficient,contrary to the perspective of farmers is more important because Farmers as consumers of rural public services,will make the results of the study more meaningful and has a reference value.This paper will be based on the perspective of farmers,from the farmers to the public service satisfaction,scientific system to evaluate the level of rural public service supply in China.On the basis of the research results of the predecessors,based on the satisfaction degree of the peasants' public service,the evaluation index system of rural public service supply is established,the influencing factors of rural public service supply satisfaction are found out,and the performance of rural public service supply is optimized Proposed to optimize the rural public service supply model for reference.This article has done enough homework in the previous period,after finding a large number of related literature,and in combing the previous research on the basis of the previous,the questionnaire,the collection of relevant data,the establishment of the relevant mathematical model.In the selection of research methods,this paper chooses factor analysis and binary discrete mathematical model to analyze the data of MS office and SPSS,and obtains the satisfaction degree of farmer's supply of rural public service to each category through empirical research.To find out the factors that affect the satisfaction of farmers,and then through the analysis of different townships,administrative villages of the data,found at different political and economic levels of townships,administrative villages of rural public service supply differences,and then through structural interviews,the data to further supplement,And finally put forward suggestions on improving the performance of rural public service supply from the perspective of qualitative point of view on the structure of rural public service and the optimization of government functions.Through the study,this paper can draw the following conclusions:(1)Although the performance level of public service supply of 40 administrative villages in four townships of the new county has been greatly improved,it still lags far behind the supply level of public service in Nanchang city;(2)In China's rural areas,the supply of public services mainly presents the following characteristics: the main body of public service supply tends to diversify,but the government still occupies a large proportion;the use of rural public service funds is unreasonable,Resulting in a great waste of public resources;farmers began to demand diversification,multi-level public services;(3)the level of rural public service supply performance and the number and quality of rural road construction,rural basic education service quality,rural medical service level,farmland water conservancy,tap water,telecommunications service facilities,public service supply farmers participation level,farmers On the village committee,the government's evaluation is satisfactory.The level of performance of rural public service supply has a certain impact on the satisfaction of farmers 'per capita annual income,rural public health,cultural and recreational service level,but the impact is not significant.Among them,farmers' satisfaction with agricultural science and technology,rural clean energy promotion and use level Rural public service supply performance level is less affected;rural public service supply performance level and the respondents have a certain age,and gender,education,family members and other variables have no direct impact;(4)Satisfaction degree of rural public service supply has regional difference,the income of peasants and other factors will affect farmers' satisfaction with rural public service supply,and positively affect the performance level of rural public service supply,contrary to urbanization and local The level of economic development is negatively correlated.
