Studies On Countermeasures Of Rural Poverty Alleviation And Development Of Nanchang City In The New Period

Poverty alleviation and development in rural areas is an important task for aechieving the ‘Two Centenary Goals'.The rural poverty alleviation and development in the new era has received great attention from the Party committees and governments at all levels.The central government has clearly put forward the goal of poverty alleviation.Targeted and precise poverty alleviation has become the strategy task for rural poverty alleviation.The comprehensive fight off rural poverty alleviation has already started.In practice,however,the recognition of precise poverty alleviation objects is difficult.The result of precise supporting is not so marked.And the measures of precision management inadequate,and so on.Nanchang city is the capital city of Jiangxi province.Nanchang has put forward firstly to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation and comprehensive well-off society goal in the whole province.At present,poverty alleviation and development of Nanchang is facing a good development opportunity.However,there are also so many drawbacks to realize the "two leadings" goal.Rural poverty alleviation and development is the shortcomings of economic and social development.The scale of the poor population in Nanchang is that the least in the whole province,but the distribution is scattered and the poverty is deep.Most of the poor people are seriously ill or handicapped.The poverty alleviation is difficult,the work mechanism is not complete and the benefit is not high.In this paper,the current status and challenges of poverty alleviation and development of Nanchang and the outstanding problems in the new period were investigated.The advantages deficiency of Nanchang's poverty alleviation and development were also analyzed.Through the SWOT comprehensive analysis,I put forwardsome suggestions for the rural poverty alleviation and development work of Nanchang city in the new period were put forward.The government of Nanchang city should increase the investment of special poverty alleviation funds to attract more extensive social resources to participate in poverty alleviation and development in rural areas.The construction of infrastructure and public utilities of poor village groups should be improved.And the self-development ability of poor people should be enhanced..The poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation strategy should be extended,and a perfect mechanism of poverty alleviation should be established.We also should establish a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation,and strengthen the construction of the team of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation institutions.
