Research On The Producer Services And The Employment Effects Of College Students

At present,China's economy is entering a completely new stage of development,adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure,and the leading industries of the national economy have also changed.The services provided by the producer services is of high content of knowledge and technology,so it places high requirements on employees.With the development of producer services,it can attract a large number of college students and promote employment of college students.Nowadays more and more students have entered the university to receive higher education because the rate of college entrance examination in China's colleges and universities has generally improved.However,with the increasing number of college graduates every year,the employment problem of college students has become one of the hot issues of people's livelihood.In the context of economic society,the relationship between the development of producer services and the employment of college students is explored,and the conclusion that the producer services can absorb the employment of college students is needed to be verified.In a word,the study in this paper has certain practical significance.The writer firstly analyzes the current development of China's producer service industry and the employment of college students in the productive service industry changes,with 209 production services to the acquisition of listed companies as the research object,through the establishment of data model,respectively,from the overall production services and various segments of the industry development and employment of college students to carry on the empirical analysis,then analyses the factors that influence college students' employment,the internal factors can be divided into regional distribution,R&D investment,enterprise scale,external factors can be divided into manufacturing,industrial and personnel policy,colleges and universities education system and students' own skills,and puts forward some effective countermeasures to promote industrial upgrading and employment according to the influence factors.
