A Study On Governmental Promotion To The Employment Of College Students

The employment of college students has been a major issue to economic and social,which is not only related to the interests of university graduates themselves,but also the nation and society.With the increasing of comprehensive national strength and the improvement of the high-level education,the enrollment scale of the major universities has been increasing by year in our country.The increasing university graduates and the imbalance relation of supply and demand cause the difficulties of college students' employment.Nowadays,employment has been a livelihood issue,and the government should pay attention to solve employment of college graduates as a defender,occupying the responsibility of supervised and administrate.The employment of college students caused by a series of problems and affected the stability of the harmonious society.To promote the employment,the social harmony and stable development have been the important measure,primarily.Therefore,to solve the difficulty of employment,the Government should bear the bounden duty and obligation.The new public services,market failure and other scientific theory,comparative analysis and summing-up methods have been used.The system of government should bear responsibility to employment of college students.Firstly,current situation,responsibility,analytical method and achievements of the employment of college graduates was analyzed to promote the employment in our country.Secondly,the causes of employment process were studied and analyzed.Thirdly,the governmental measures taken to promote the employment of college students and lessons drawn from the successful experiences of foreign governments in promoting the employment of college students were analyzed,and the relevant conditions that are suitable for the employment of college students were summarized in China.Finally,the legislation has been improved to strengthen macro-control,service responsibilities and supervision responsibilities of government to improve responsibility to promote smooth employment of college students.
