Flower industry as a "sunrise industry”,including economic,social,ecological and other benefits,had been attracted by the Government and Country.In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the domestic flower industry is also showing a good trend.Zhejiang provincial government attaches great importance to the flower industry's leading role in the economy,At present,Zhejiang Province has become one of the most important flower-producing areas in China.In the period of agricultural modernizat ion construction,the leading enterprises of flower industry play an important role in guiding industrial development,promoting regional economic development and increasing farmers' incomeTo achieve agricultural modernizat ion must take the road of industrializat ion of agriculture,"company + farmers" model is a typical agricultural industrialization development model.This paper takes Hong Yue Flow er Co.,Ltd.As a typical case,analyzes the present situation of the company and analyzes the motives of the "company + farmers " organization pattern,finds out the potential market demand,the rapid development of the flower industry and the bottleneck of land,capital and labor shortage arethe motivation of this company to implement this organizat ional model.After analyzing the operation status of "company + farmers",the operation mode of Hongyue mainly includes providing farmers with production factor support,providing technical training for farmers,repurchasing products produced by farmers,providing mortgage guarantee for farmers and so on.Aspect.From the perspective of the company's operation,the "company + farmers" organizational model protect farmers' saleschannel,help farmers obtain better and professional services,achieve mutual benefit and win-win situat ion.However,there are still problems such as the imperfect linkage mechanism between the company and the farmers,the low education level of farmers,the lack of cultivated var iet ies,the lack of risk sharing mechanism between f armers and other factors,which constrains the smooth,Healthy operation.In order to solve these problems,some suggestions are put forward,such as establishing the mechanism of risk sharing with farmer benefit sharing,strengthening technical training and guidance to farmers;explore the "company + cooperatives + farmers" mode.
