Status Analysis And Strategy On The Farmer Specialty Cooperative In Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Of Guangxi

In China,the construction and development of agriculture is now changing from traditional to modernized methods and the government emphasizes that it is needed to help all people that work in agriculture take part in the agricultural modernization and increase farmers' income.A cooperative is one of the best methods to help farmers enter into markets.The Beibu Gulf Economic Zone(Guangxi),with direct continental and marine connections with Southeast Asia,is one of the headquarters of The Belt and Road Initiative and the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.At present,China's reform of the supply front during the new normal is a comprehensive strategic deployment that involves various aspects including industries,agriculture,macro control,capital and the fiscal and taxation systems.The farmers'specialty cooperative in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone will encourage development opportunity.The paper itself follows a logical order touching on the abstract then the concrete;it goes over the general ideas and narrows down to specific ones and ends with describing overseas situations,closing with more local ones.The whole thesis is divided into three sections.The introduction includes questions,selection of views and methods for studying.Section ? includes Chapter 1 and Chapter 2,states the research background,reviews comprehensive views of the theoretical and practical successful experience of foreign and native analysis:the factors of the farmers' specialty cooperative,reference for analyzing and studying farmers' special cooperative in China and a comparative study of the differences of the Agricultural Cooperative Organizations in America and Japan and provides references for its development.Section ?,from Chapter 3 to Chapter 4,analyzes and studies the status of farmers'special cooperative in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi through investigation and comparison.The factors what are scale member and members' education members'trainings operational mechanism and so on.Section ? explores taking advantage of conditions and building up the farmers'specialty cooperative in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The farmers' specialty cooperatives are slow development in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi.What are single professional category,small scale.whose members have got low education and little training.(2)Ultimately,the author offers suggestions to improve the financial services,strengthen government guidance,vocational training,set up the platform for the farmers'specialty cooperatives and moreover,improve the regulatory system itself,keeping healthy and sustainable development,play its location and policy advantage to approach perfection in the future.
