| Manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in Chinese economic development.Technological innovation is the key to the development of the manufacturing industry,especially in that the low-end manufacturing industry is now gradually transferred to Southeast Asia.Now,China manufacturing could no longer use the "world factory" for the development.The development of China’s manufacturing industry is facing a new situation of transformation and upgrading the technological innovation,which is the important link.The research on the technological innovation efficiency can reflect to some extent the currently innovation ability of China’s manufacturing industry,and provides some suggestions for the development of technological innovation in people.Through the review of the relevant literature,this paper divide manufacturing technology innovation into two stages respectively,knowledge innovation and product innovation.Compared with taking technology innovation as a whole,this approach can clearly proved advantages and deficiency of manufacturing technique innovation in our country.In this paper,the panel data of 28 industries in China’s manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2014 are analyzed by DEA model and DEA-Malmquist index model.The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of China’s manufacturing industry is not very ideal,and the gap among industries is large.From the stage efficiency point of view,the efficiency of knowledge innovation is higher than the efficiency of product innovation,lower scale efficiency is the main factor to the low product innovation efficiency.The efficiency of knowledge innovation and the efficiency of product innovation are fluctuating annually and,to a certain extent,affected by the economic environment and the political environment.On the whole,the efficiency of technological innovation in China’s manufacturing industry has increased slightly.In terms of specific industries,the technological innovation efficiency of light textile manufacturing and low-tech manufacturing is relatively high,but the growth rate is low.The technological innovation efficiency of the machinery manufacturing industry and the low-tech manufacturing industry is relatively low,but they have higher growth rates,and there are exceptions.This means the development of China’s manufacturing technology innovation is not mature performance.The first chapter briefly introduces the research background and significance,reviews the research status and the research content of this paper;the second chapter through the review of the related theories of technological innovation,establish a theoretical guidance for the research in this paper;the third chapter and the fourth chapter are about empirical research of DEA model,this part not only has the index system of input and output of two stage series,but also has the selection and processing of the data,and then combined with the Malmquist index method to measure and analyze the current situation of technological innovation in manufacturing industry in China.The fifth chapter is about the conclusion and prospect for the research,this section lists the main conclusions of this paper,and offer corresponding policy suggestions based on industrial development theory and corporate governance theory,which provide some suggestions for the state to formulate industrial policies and for domestic enterprises to develop innovative strategies.In the end of this part is the summary the shortcomings of this study,that also puts forward the problems that can be further studied in the future. |
