People’s consumption concept and habits have been impacted by rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet.Because of meeting the people’s demand,network marketing has been rapid development.As a new way of marketing,network marketing have some characteristics,such as cross time and space,spread fast,information technology and son on,network marketing has been widely used in enterprises,especially SMEs.With network marketing,companies reduce marketing costs,expand marketing channels and their markets,increase their visibility and establish a corporate brand image.Firstly,this paper summarized network marketing knowledge,including network marketing concepts and features,theories and strategies of network marketing,advantages and disadvantages analysis of network marketing and traditional marketing,detailed presentation laid for thesis theoretical basis.Secondly,the status of M network marketing company,through systematic investigation and careful analysis to identify the main problems in the network marketing of M company: lack of knowledge construction sites,web promotion methods single backward,lack of network marketing professionals and unclear division of labor,management lax.It analyzes the M’s network marketing environment,using the SWOT method,challenges and opportunities,advantages and disadvantages was analyzes,.On this basis,we determine the M’s marketing goals and market positioning,focusing on six areas from web strategy,product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,marketing strategy,brand strategy for the company’s Internet marketing strategy,designed to meet the company’s own development of M online marketing strategies.Finally,through building aspects of the network marketing platform,network marketing talent and team,marketing network environment,network environment operations,the relevant steps of M companies network marketing strategy was been elaborated,it provides a guarantee for the implementation of network marketing to M company.In this paper,a more comprehensive and systematic exploration was studied for M’s network marketing strategy,customized Internet marketing strategy through the system planning,in order to improve the company’s performance and network marketing Level effectively.We also hope the results have reference value for similar enterprises.
