The Research On The Coupling Coordination Development Between Urbanization And Land Intensive Utilization

Urbanization has once again become a craze since 2012,and repeatedly been mentioned in local government documents.Urbanization is associated with economic development and industrialization,and create a modern human civilization.Urbanization can expand domestic demand,and improve the industrial structure.Urbanization is gradually becoming a power for the economic development in the future.Although urbanization started relatively late in our country,China's urbanization has been rapid development since reform and opening up,at the same time,the development of urban has also been increasingly challenged,demand of urban construction for land which is important factors is increasing.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed:"Optimizing the developmental pattern of Land and Resources".At present,China is currently a general shortage of land resources,extensive quantitative unsustainable growth,coupled with the existing inefficient land use,land use irrational structure,urbanization and land conflicts more acute.This paper thinks that land use transformation and new requirements of urbanization need to coordinate each other,we should increase utilization of land in the process of urbanization,and it has become a key part in the process of rapid development of urban.In recent years,the urbanization of hubei province is developing rapid,the level of urbanization in 2008 was 45.2%,54.51%in 2013,up 1.86%per year on average,and the land scarcity and empty even show waste phenomenon which seriously hindered the urbanized advancement.Practice has proved that development of moderate urbanization will help improve the level of intensive utilization of land,and intensive utilization of land can effectively promote development of urbanization healthy and continuous.Therefore,it is very important to coordinate the relationship of land utilization.On this basis,this paper use the concept of coordinated development degree of coupling system in physics,nearly 13 years of coordinated development of urbanization and land intensive utilization situation proceeds timing analysis from 1999 to 2011 in hubei province,found that the urbanization and land intensive utilization of coupling coordination degree is improving,from antagonism stage gradually to coordinate the phase transition.And select the 12 cities on both spatial difference analysis showed that between 12 city big difference,most unsatisfactory coordination degree is only 0.29.Finally,according to theoretical and empirical analysis of the level of their economic development and for the prefecture-level city in Hubei province,made policy recommendations to promote the coordinated development of both.This paper includes six chapters altogether:The first chapter is introduction,This section briefly describes the research background and significance,such as data sources and the research method and so on,and introduced the domestic and foreign progress of research on urbanization and intensive utilization of land,for the following theoretical discussion.The second chapter is theory,first of all,theoretical basis of urbanization and intensive utilization of land have respectively carried on the brief discussion,and then analysis the interaction of urbanization and intensive utilization of land.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of Hubei urbanization and land intensive use,and analyzes the problems of land utilization in the process of urbanization in Hubei Province according to the present characteristics.The fourth chapter is a brief introduction about the empirical part of the preliminary work,such as the principle of indicators to determine,building the index system and determining the weight of each index and so on,the fifth chapter to determine the weight is a critical step in the analysis model.Chapter V,based on the theoretical basis of the foregoing,we make the empirical analysis.First,we use the method introduced in Chapter IV to process the data,and the evaluation model to calculate,and then analyze the results of the evaluation,finally,we can present Hubei Province recommendations to promote urbanization and intensive land use based on the coordinated development of the empirical results.Chapter VI,outline the main conclusions of this study and the prospects for future work.
