Research On The Coordinated Development Of Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization And Its Influencing Factors In Liaoning Province

At present,the development of urbanization in China is accelerating,and the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization will be the key to the quality and level of new urbanization.On the background of the new round of the revitalization of the Northeast,based on the theory of industrial structure transformation,the theory of population migration,the theory of urbanization development and the coordination theory of human-land relations,this paper scientifically analyzes the level of population urbanization and land urbanization and the coordinated development level of the two in Liaoning province,and reveals characteristics of spatio-temporal evolution and explores the driving factors and hindering factors affecting the coordinated development by using the coordinated development model and the panel data model.It has great significance for the rational and orderly promotion of the urbanization of agricultural transfer population and the sustainable development of the new urbanization.Firstly,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Liaoning Province,and establishes the index evaluation model of population urbanization and land urbanization based on the entropy value method,which is used to measure the development level of urbanization and land urbanization.The results show that the level of urbanization and urbanization in Liaoning Province is characterized by significant stages,the level of coordinated development is lower,and the land urbanization is slightly faster than population urbanization.The population urbanization level represented by population composition,industrial structure,employment status,living standard and social public service,and urban scale,ecological and environmental benefits and the land urbanization level represented by the level of land input and the level of land output play a pluralistic role in the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization at different periods.Secondly,this paper constructs the model of coordinated development between population urbanization and land urbanization,and sums up the characteristics of the time differentiation and spatial evolution of population urbanization and land urbanization in Liaoning Province.The results show that the population urbanization index and the land Urbanization index in Liaoning Province are in the trend of fluctuation,and the urbanization level of the city has a big gap.The population urbanization index and the land urbanization index of Dalian,Shenyang and Anshan are higher than other areas in the province.The coordinated development of the cities is generally low and there are significant differences in the types of regional coordinated development.The change trend of coordinated development is basically consistent with the trend of spatial evolution of urban economic development,showing the characteristics of weakening from the core to the periphery,among which the coordinated development of Liaozhong South cluster is much higher than other regions.Thirdly,this paper analyses the influence factors of population urbanization and land urbanization in Liaoning province by using individual fixed effect model,and finds that industrial structure characterized by two or three industrial laborers,land finance represented by land price,population density and GDP per capita has a significant positive effect on the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization in Liaoning province,while the dual system of urban-rural income disparity and the per capita disposable income have negative influence on the coordinated development of the two.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the reform of land and household registration system,the improvement of urban carrying capacity,and the promotion of the urbanization of rural population.
