With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, it is very importance of knowledge for the organization, the organization has their knowledge of development and ability to use its weapon to deal with market competition become its inexhaustible source and sustain it’s development. Organizations have invested a lot of manpower and material resources to manage their knowledge. Sharing is the most important part in the many aspects of knowledge management, individual level of knowledge only through sharing can rise to the knowledge of the organizational level, and then become the organization’s core competencies.Knowledge sharing factors exist information management system, such as "hard" pieces factors influence organizational members, employees’ psychological and other "soft" parts of factors, including staff organizational trust and psychological contract.Based on foreign literature, this paper divided from the conceptual background, concept definition, dimensions, antecedents&outcome variable and several angles to find that the studies of the relationship between two variables have existed but the study of the relationship between the psychological contract and knowledge sharing is still relatively fewer, and the study of how does trust influence knowledge sharing is extremely lacking. Moreover, the level of trust is confusion, the study to make the organization as the object is few, therefore, to build the research model of the relationship between these three variables has a strong theoretical significance.In this study, organizational trust as an entry point to members of the organization as a research object, along the "organization trust to a psychological contract then knowledge sharing" logical ideas, hypotheses and theoretical models based on the literature review, questionnaire research, get the research data, using a coefficient method, correlation analysis, the uncertainty factor analysis method of inspection and measurement scales reliability, validity, using independent samples T-test and analysis of variance test control variable effect, using SPSS16.0inspect psychological contract mediating effect and assumptions and validate theoretical models, to inquire about organizational trust’s mechanism with their knowledge sharing.This study include:introducing the research background, purpose and significance of research methods to study the contents and framework for the commencement of the full text presents a clear idea; theoretical basis of literature review, clarify the theoretical basis of this article, the system combing trust, psychological contract, knowledge sharing research literatures; study design, build research model of this paper, and the concept and research level of each variable were defined based on existing research, this article assumes; data collection and analysis on the questionnaire Source questionnaire reliability and validity testing by a small sample of the data, then collect a large sample data, followed by descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, demographic analysis, the conclusions of this study and conclusions explanation; management suggestions and prospects for research purposes and the main conclusions of this study make management recommendations, and summarizes the research innovation and deficiencies, and prospect follow-up study.According to the needs of the thesis, the research method applied as follows:(1) literature analysis, this paper to collect, organize, study the relevant literature, to find the problem and found inadequacies;(2)Questionnaire method, this article uses mature scale scientific sampling, the research needs of first-hand data and information;(3) statistical analysis methods, including descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent samples t-test analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and demographic analysis.Through empirical research methods, the main conclusions in this paper include:(1) organizational trust and psychological contract showed a significant positive correlation between its various dimensions; showed a significant positive correlation between them(β=.664, p<.O01; β=.527, p<.001; β=.645, p<.001; β=.563, p<.001),;(2) psychological contract and knowledge sharing are also showed a significant positive correlation(β=.392, p<.001;β=.334, p<.001β=.361, p<.001);(3) the psychological contract plays a full mediation role between organizational trust and knowledge sharing. The main conclusions of demographic analysis include:gender has an impact on organizational trust and psychological contract; age has an impact on all the three variables; educational background only influence organizational trust; monthly income has a significant impact on organizational trust and psychological contract; working experience has impact on organizational trust, the psychological contract and knowledge sharing:corporate nature has a significant impact on organizational trust and knowledge sharing. On the basis of the conclusions, this paper give some relevant recommendations for the management practice to strengthen the organization management.The possible innovation of this paper include three aspects:(1) Organizational Trust-the psychological contract-the study of knowledge sharing model to explore the role of organizational trust on knowledge sharing mechanism;(2)Defines the whole organization as the trust object;(3) empirical support from Western literature questionnaire also applicable in the context of China; the empirical results provide strong support for management proposals.Limitations and shortcomings in this article:(1) The study sample is too concentrated, mostly for the ages of21-30years of age, with a bachelor’s degree,80employees working in state-owned enterprises;(2) research industry uncertainty, this study sample derived from various industries; single mechanism (3) organizational trust on knowledge sharing, this study explores only one of the mediating variables-psychological contract.The conclusion of the research to help enrich the trust theory in some extent, the psychological contract theory and the theory of knowledge sharing, and management practices of the organization has a certain sense of inspiration and guidance, but the lack of research to be a follow-up study of supplemental and improve.
