With the support of Internet technology innovation,information technology application and e-commerce marketing,modern insurance industry keeps on pushing the business innovation and technology integration of the Internet and insurance,creating new ecological in the new domain,realizing the explosive growth of Internet insurance industry.In this paper,we think it is good for new entrants and practitioners of the market to select the suitable development way through the comparison of different patterns by researching the development model of insurance e-business of XY company,to promote the healthy development of Internet insurance industry in our country.Under the background of "Internet +",we analyze the development of XY company since its establishment,comparing the different business models,using the Potter five model to analyze the problems and the causes about the development model of insurance e-business in XY company.XY company is insufficient in the industrial chain integrity,profitability improving and customer relationship management of insurance e-business.It has not form the core competitiveness of Internet technology advantage.For the above problems,we suggest XY company to analyze the influence to the insurance e-company demand comes from the consumer behavior model with Internet thinking,to research the development trend of professional insurance e-business,and how to construct actively a trinity "demand +service + platform" as the core power of closed-loop system with the help of Internet technology and big data applications.We suggest that insurance e-company should provide clients with professional services and excellent experience all the way,by perfecting the insurance e-business,establishing the mechanism,sharing benefit cooperation with upstream and downstream users,integrating online and offline resources to meet the demand of customers and insurance companies.The function of"adapter" should be utilized between the insurance companies and customers,to reconstruct the insured,insurance companies and their own value system and interest distribution pattern,forming its own industrial chain closure,reaching,the purpose of the tripaitite win-win,forming the competitive barriers,creating their own piece of-blue ocean.
