N Bank Fixed Asset Management Optimization Research

Along with the development of the bank's financial system, as a basic material conditions, Fixed-assets and their management of Banks, has become the important symbol of modernization management of bank business, from the social development and demand of the Banks, Maladaptive management style of development, to a certain extent, brings adverse effect to the bank's economic benefits and its own development,therefore, the management of fixed assets has very important significance.In this paper, the author takes the N Bank as the case study object, and analyzes the optimization issues on fixed-assets management of N Bank. Firstly, the Theoretical results on the optimization of fixed assets management, and the relevant theoretical research is reviewed. The author summarizes the problems existing in the management of fixed assets of N Bank, Including The asset accounting management lacks effective mechanism,There is a risk of not being rigorous in key business links, The feasible arguments for new asset projects are to be strengthened,Physical asset management lags inefficient. The author analyzes the reasons or the problems, and the main reasons are that fixed-assets management systems is poorly designed, the coordination mechanism of the management and operation is not smooth,Performance management standards are not quantified and the information management level is weak. Besides, according to the existing problems and causes,the author combines with the requirements of various dimensions and jobs,learns from the relevant management concept and technological means, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of fixed-assets management of N Bank, including optimizing fixed-assets management organizations, unifying fixed-assets management standard and operation mechanism, centering on long-term management to construct indicator performance evaluation system and improving the management levels of fixed-assets management informatization. Ultimately, the author puts forward suggestions on the implementation guarantee of the fixed-assets management optimization of N Bank. The author hopes to help N Bank solve the problems existing in fixed-assets management through a series of optimization measures, so as to better promote its implementation of the bank enterprise.
