The Land Use Spatial Evolution About The Peripheral Environments Of House Of The Huangcheng Chancellor

It has brought high pressure for the tourism development,large-scale tourists flow and their welfare,high-quality demand for tourist attractions depending on tourism resources.The study of space evolution and usage about tourism attractions? peripheral environments can provide key field and new way from the microcosmic angle,in order to solve the conflict and promote the transition and upgrade of tourism development.It is sensitive to the public welfare trend and the quality improvement of tourist attractions depending on tourism resources for Shanxi province.Family courtyard house attractions are the representative of the characteristics of tourism resources and the level of tourism development in Shanxi.So the study on the development of the peripheral environments of family courtyard house attractions in Shanxi province,which mainly under the influence of tourism in the evolution of the scenic type,shows important theoretical and practical significance on study of resource-based scenic area under the background of the transformation and upgrading of tourism,space layout and space utilization.Based on the basic principles of space structure,this research takes House of The Huangcheng Chancellor as the research object.Data collection,field survey and remote sensing image were conducted to study the tourism incomes and the land usage types of the tourist attractions? peripheral environments in different succession stages.Main results were as follow :(1)The tourism resource is in the development stage.There has formed a mature tourism market and attracted foreign investment.Moreover,large-scale and modern facilities have replaced the original simple accommodation facilities and the village's natural appearance has changed significantly and tourism reception capacity has gradually strengthened.The tourist market has been also constantly expanding.(2)Tourism attractions? peripheral environments of income occupies a larger proportion in the total income of tourism attraction,which is the key factor to tourism economic development.It directly affects the sustainable development of tourism,the better tourism attractions? peripheral environment,the higher tourism income,and vice versa.(3)The proportion of ticket income is 27.71% in the total income.In the past five years,it has more than 30% of the certain year,reaching 33.2% in 2012 and 31.18% in 2015.The proportion of the surrounding environment income will be reduced because of the increasing of the proportion on ticket income,which reflects the surrounding environment income increasing without the same rate of growth as ticket revenue.It indicates that the current development of tourism attraction still did not break the dependence on the ticket economy.(4)The number of tourists in recent years shows that the number of tourists increasing is not obvious and tourists growth trend has slowed down.In the hit of tourism development,the attractiveness of small events is also limited to the small scale of the tourist market,just relying on the original tourist image and some small festivals held cannot achieve the real growth in the number of tourists.(5)In the area of land change,the change of construction land was the most obvious in the period from 1999 to 2015,which the annual dynamic attitude reached 11.41%.In addition,the area of forest land and farmland were reduced,which the annual dynamic attitude was 1.80% and 3.60% respectively.The expansion of the scale of the local tourism industry has increased the demand for land of tourism infrastructure and tourism services,leading to the rapid expansion of construction land.(6)The evolution of the peripheral environment of House of the Huangcheng C hancellor is influenced by factors of terrain,hydrology,government policy and tourism economic.It shows mainly that the developments are divided into the east and west sides along the river and the more the area expansion of the west flat side of the village.(7)There was the trend that the peripheral area diffused taking focused tourism resources as the center and different attractions were connected by lines of communication,which promoted the "enclave" extended form of construction land.
