Study On Spatial Evolution Of Land Use Environment In The Wang Grand Courtyard

With the continuous development of tourism industry,the scenic area development is increasingly mature,and its surrounding environment is still out of order.There is a contraction between the development of scenic spot and the surrounding development.Relative to strictly protected and many restrictions within the scenic spot,the frequency and the degree of the change of the surrounding environment and its complexity and particularity of its structure are much more than that of the scenic area.As the edge of the scenic area,the transition zone and buffer zone,the surrounding environment has become the biggest problem in the development of tourism,the largest and most sensitive area,but also the key area of future tourism development.Driven by the economic interests of tourism,the land use change around the scenic spot is significant,and the scale of tourism land is gradually expanding,which has an important influence on the sustainable development of scenic spot.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the important issue of land use change and spatial structure evolution.This paper takes Wang Grand Courtyard as a study area.By using remote sensing images and spatial analysis of GIS,the study analyzes its evolution process and influence factors,and compares the dynamic changes of the surrounding environment since 1997.The main contents are obtained as follows.(1)On the basis of 1999 to 2015 Landsat TM and ETM remote sensing images of Jing Sheng village,the paper extracts the areas and types of land use change of the four periods.Furthermore,the mathematical model of land use change,land use dynamic degree and so on are used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of land use change around the Wang Courtyard scenic spot.(2)According to the evolution path of the surrounding environment,this paper explores the evolution mechanism,and analyzes thedriving forces of land use change in the Wang Courtyard scenic spot from six aspects of government policy,economic development and tourism demand.Through the above research,the main conclusions are obtained as follows.(1)The land use pattern of the surrounding environment of the Wang Courtyard has experienced three stages: initial period,developing period and promotion stage.The amplitude and speed of the change of the construction land is the most significant.Due to the development of tourism economy,cultivated land and forest land change to construction land.(2)On the change of the spatial structure,the construction land of Jing Sheng Village presents the trend of expanding the Wang Courtyard as the center,the original zonal distribution gradually developed into a sheet distribution around the scenic spots,Jing Sheng center Road to gather and expand.(3)The influence factors of land use changes include tourism demand change,government planning,industrial policy support,the development of county economy,the improvement of infrastructure and the transformation of social production mode.The leading role has been transformed from the value of tourism resources to the value of land resources,and more to the comprehensive external factors.
