| With the market getting more and more competitive today, manufacturing industries not only need efficient production technology, at the same time, but also need a scientific logistics’ management system as the guarantee, so as to take an absolute advantage in competition. As an important part of the manufacturing industries’ logistics management system, the accuracy and punctuality of the picking logistics is directly related to weather the production plan can be going smoothly, production line can be produced on time and shipping department can deliver goods on schedule. In order to help industries to grasp the picking logistics’ management information timely, to measure industries’ management performance, to play accurate decision-making functions, and to realize reasonable allocation of resources, industries need the relevant data that are able to reflect the real efficiency of picking logistics. Therefore, in order to meet the actual needs of industries, it is imperative to calculate the work efficiency of picking logistics and to establish a set of thorough, applicable standard time measurement method.Taking manufacturing industries as an example, this paper researches specifically on the work efficiency of picking and relevant necessary data-standard time. Based on picking logistics of raw materials in the S company, this paper uses the analysis method of production process, the stopwatch time measurement and the average method to make dynamic factors of simplification, the quantitative in the process by decomposing the work process of picking goods, which takes the measure on the observation time of picking goods in three areas including the turnover box racking area, pallet racking area, vertical closet area. On account of the influence of the external environment that can give rise to some certain errors for time, the BP neural network evaluation method is adopted to observe time. And the paper considers the person factor, equipment factor and environment factor as influencing factors of picking operation to establish evaluation index system of influencing factors, making evaluation factors fuzzification by the fuzzy linguistic table’s method. The BP neural network model about influencing factors and correction coefficients is set up to calculate the correction coefficient of observation time. Then, according to the actual management situation, allowance time should be certain in standard time of picking operation. Finally, the models of calculating standard time is built totally about the whole process of picking, containing one product’s model and a mass of products’ model. Namely,it is completed to calculate the picking logistics, work efficiency in manufacturing, which will meet the actual needs of enterprises and realize reasonable allocation of resources. |
